FAQ

Good to know

Can I buy from several makers in one order?

Yes. Your cart groups pieces by maker. At checkout you choose pickup or shipping and how to pay for each maker, and enter your card once. Each maker is paid their own share.

When can I pick up?

On market days, Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm, once the maker has marked your order ready. You'll get the stall's address and your 6-digit handover code by email.

How much is shipping?

Each maker sets their own rates, shown at checkout before you pay: about $10 to $18 across Canada, with free shipping over a set amount for most makers. Large pieces like the step stool are pickup or local delivery only.

Can I pay cash or by e-Transfer?

Yes. Every shop takes card, Interac e-Transfer and cash at pickup. Payment instructions are on your order.

Can I return something?

Ceramics, textiles and woodwork can be returned unused within 14 days; you pay the return shipping. Food can't be returned, but if a jar arrives broken, report a problem on your order and Rosa sends a new one.

How do rentals and deposits work?

Pick your pickup and return days on the item's calendar. The rent and a refundable deposit are charged at checkout. When the gear comes back complete and clean, we check it in and return the deposit.
